Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please inspect the item in the sealed packet to ensure it is correct for you before opening the seal. You’ll also need to provide us with your order number. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be sealed in their original clear packet.
  • Items that are opened from sealed packets are eligible only for an exchange of another item of the same type or similar value from our store. Any remaining order value will be credited to the customer's account as store credit and can be used for future orders.
  • All returns must include the Returns Card provided in your package. Please write your full name and order number clearly on the card and include it inside your return parcel. This helps us identify your order quickly and accurately restock your items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to pack and send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request or without the completed Returns Card may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new one. This way, your item is also properly tracked, recorded and displayed on your account dashboard and helps answer any order-related questions. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
