Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
• Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Carrier

• We use Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked and Untracked as our trusted courier service to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

Delivery Timeframe

• After dispatch, Royal Mail typically delivers within 1-5 working days, depending on your location.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value and destination of your order.

1. For order values over £20, packages are sent via FREE Royal Mail Untracked service. 
2. For order values over £50, packages are sent via FREE Royal Mail Tracked service.
3. For all orders below £20, packages are sent via Royal Mail Untracked service at a cost of £1.99.
4. All packages under £50 will get the option to receive their package via Tracked service at a cost of £2.99.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is despatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if your order number is . You can use this number to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Address

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In the case of this, the customer will be liable to pay for a new replacement order to be shipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages

• If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@monsterpiercing.com or drop a message on our contact form. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to countries worldwide. Please email us before ordering if you have any doubts regarding your country. Please note, these delivery times are only approximate and our team will try their best to get your package to you in the best possible time.

Delivery to Europe

• 5-7 business days total delivery time.
  
• Europe orders are dispatched from our storage unit in the UK.
  
• Orders are sent from our UK unit through Royal Mail straight to your doorstep at £5.25. No pick-up from postal or customs office is needed.
• No custom duties or rules are applicable

Delivery to Rest of the World

• Orders are shipped directly from our Bangkok storage facility to your address using FedEx, UPS, DHL, and EMS as our express delivery services.
  
• Delivery times vary according to your location. Estimated delivery time would be 10-30 business days.
• Please always follow the tracking details as sometimes the importer has to sign/clear the shipment from customs themselves.
