Exactly as described worth every penny.
It’s a really nice piece and I feel the 7mm with 22 makes it so nice, but trying to get it on and off and keeping it actually as a circle, it often looks like a oval and irritates my nose when I try to adjust it back to a circle, and when I try and press it into a circle it awkwardly goes past at the seam and hurts when it gets caught in my nose

Superb value for a solid gold and gemstone labret. I found it really easy to put in, the attachment needs a firm push and pops securely into place worhout any bending. Looks so sparkly and is comfy for sleeping in and seems pretty life-proof!

The piercing is pretty and the quality seems good. Hence the dimensions weren't included in the product description, it fits quite big, so it wasn't what I expected. Adding the measurements would help customers choose the right size.
