General Delivery Rules
Our aim is to package and ship your products as soon as possible. Our team works round the clock to be able to package your products immediately. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, all packages are shipped from our warehouse 2 business days after a customer places an order. Depending on location, please check below for your region to see how long the packages will then take to arrive.
Weekends and national holidays are not included in the approximate delivery times.
Special shipping instructions can be catered for.
All delivery times are approximate as provided to us by our shipping partners. We are not responsible for any unexpected delays.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
3-5 business days total delivery time, all packages sent through Royal Mail.
Orders over £25 receive FREE 1st Class TRACKED delivery. Orders over £15 receive FREE 1st Class UNTRACKED delivery.
Orders under £15 cost £3.99 via 1st Class delivery.
Delivery to Europe
5-7 business days total delivery time.
Europe orders are dispatched from our storage unit in the UK.
Orders are sent from our UK unit through Royal Mail straight to your doorstep. No pick-up from postal or customs office is needed.
No custom duties or rules are applicable as the order would be dispatched from within the Europe region.
Delivery to North America
5-7 business days total delivery time.
US and Canada orders are dispatched from our storage unit in Frisco, Texas.
Orders are sent from our Texas unit through the United States Postal Service (USPS) straight to your doorstep at £4.20 meanwhile Express Shipping is also available at £20 with transit time 3 business days.
No custom duties or rules are applicable as the order would be dispatched from within the USA region.
Delivery to Oceanic
Oceanic countries listed at shipping are all also sent through Royal Mail and costs £7.50 at checkout. Transit time for these countries are 7-12 business days.
Delivery to Rest of the World
Orders are shipped directly from our Bangkok storage facility to your address using FedEx, UPS, DHL, and EMS as our express delivery services.
Delivery times vary according to your location. Estimated delivery time would be 10-30 business days.
Please always follow the tracking details as sometimes the importer has to sign/clear the shipment from customs themselves.
