Easy Start a Return Process
At Monster Piercing, we strive to make returns as simple and convenient as possible. Follow these steps to start your return:
Return Policy Overview:
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the £2.99 postage cost.
- For non-faulty returns (e.g., change of mind), shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items that are sealed in clear packet are eligible for return and refund.
- items that are opened from sealed packet are eligible only for an exchange of another/same item from our store. Any remaining order value will be in customer account as store credit and can be used for next time.
How to Return Your Item:
Start Your Return:
Click here to login to your customer account, where all your orders will be displayed and you can see which orders are eligible for return.
Receive Your Return Label:
- Select the reason for your return.
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided for faulty/damaged items.
- For other returns, a shipping label with a £2.99 charge will be generated.
Prepare Your Package:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the new shipping label provided, ensuring it fully covers any old labels.
- Please send us a clear photo of this package with the new return label and with your order details to ensure you have notified us your package is ready for return.
Send Your Package:
- Drop off your package at the nearest Royal Mail post box as instructed on the label.
Refund or Exchange:
- Once we track & receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your original payment method.
