Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Order
Minimum Order Value
Wholesale orders require a minimum spend of £100 GBP (net, after discount).
Discount Tiers
Wholesale discounts are applied based on the final order value after discount:

30% off wholesale orders
Minimum spend: £100 GBP after discount -
40% off wholesale orders
Minimum spend: £500 GBP after discount
For higher-volume orders, additional discounts may be available and can be discussed based on order size and frequency.
How Discount Eligibility Is Calculated
Discount tiers are determined by the net order value after the discount has been applied, not the original cart total.
Examples:

An order with a retail value of £150 GBP discounted at 30% results in a net total of £105 GBP.
This order qualifies, as it exceeds the £100 minimum after discount. -
An order with a retail value of £900 GBP discounted at 40% results in a net total of £540 GBP.
This order qualifies for the 40% discount tier. -
If an order initially meets the 40% tier but the net total after discount falls below £500 GBP, the discount will automatically revert to 30%.

Ordering Process

Apply for a wholesale account through our website.

Once approved, you will receive access to wholesale pricing.

Orders can then be placed directly through your wholesale account.
Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

We do not currently offer credit or payment terms.
Shipping & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within the stated processing timeframe once payment is received.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in wholesale discounts.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges

Wholesale orders are considered final sale.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing fault or an error on our part.
Stock Availability
All wholesale orders are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
